Program Coordinator Virtual Network Meetings

Registration is now open for the September 2026 Resident Educator Program Coordinator Network Meetings. The State Board of Education is hosting two (virtual) meetings to bring program coordinators together to engage with colleagues, share insights and strategies for program implementation, and hear from the agency's Resident Educator Program staff. Participants can choose to attend one of the following meeting dates:

• September 15: 9:00-11:30 a.m.

• September 24: 1:00-3:30 p.m.

Two dates were scheduled to allow for smaller numbers of participants per meeting. The same content will be shared at both meetings. Register here by September 11. Registered participants will receive an email containing meeting access information one week prior to the meeting date. Confirmation is not generated at registration.

Program Coordinator Meetups for 2026 - 2027

Join the Resident Educator Program team for monthly meetups to learn more about the role of the Program Coordinator. Register one time using this link to register for the meetup and to receive a link to the meetings (one week prior to the scheduled meeting). Meetups are from 1-2 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month (with one exception). There will be no May, June, or July meetups due to school and district summer break.  

Remaining Meetup Dates: October 22, November 17, December 15, January 19, March 16, and April 20.  

There are no meetups scheduled in September or February due to the PC Network meetings held in those months.
